Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of Postcon, a tool run by Relja Pavlovic that publishes short vertical videos to Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. By creating an account or connecting a social account you agree to them.

The service

Postcon is a personal project in invite-only early access. It is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may be paused or discontinued.

Your content

You must own, or have permission to use, everything in the videos and captions you publish through Postcon. You keep all rights to your content; you let Postcon store and send it only to publish it where you ask.

Platform rules

Your posts must follow the rules of each platform you publish to: the Instagram Terms of Use, the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Limits of liability

Postcon is not responsible for what Instagram, TikTok or YouTube do with a post: a platform may reject, remove, limit or delay a video, or be unavailable, and scheduled posts can fail as a result. To the extent the law allows, Postcon is not liable for lost content, reach, revenue or any indirect damages from using it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Postcon for spam, illegal content, or to access accounts you don't control. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended or deleted.

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
